Saving Money at Disney World

Saving some cash when visiting to Walt Disney World might seem to be a contradiction, but with a little planning and preparation, visitors can have an enjoyable trip to Orlando without running up a huge bill.
The DisneyWorld Resort is absolutely huge, covering nearly 47 square miles just outside Orlando, Florida. There are four major theme areas, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, and the Magic Kingdom. With so much to see, tourists almost always spend at least 7 days or more just to take it all in. Disney has built more than a dozen hotels just to house visitors to the parks.
Obviously, Disney recognizes that people are looking for different options when visiting the area. Because of this, they have hotels that fit everyone’s budget. Hotels are classified into Value, Moderate, and Deluxe levels. Value is sort of the Walt Disney way of saying less expensive, but you won’t be disappointed, as the Disney Value hotels are clean and comfortable. Moderate resorts are one step up, offering slightly larger rooms and full service dining on site.
Deluxe hotels at Disney World are top-of-the-line accommodations designed to please and pamper any visitor. Many of the hotels such as the Contemporary Resort and Yacht Club are on the elevated train, so you can simply travel to the Magic Kingdom without having a car or taking a bus. Guest accommodations are also bigger, and the Disney World experience is of course magical.
How should you go about picking a Disney Hotel? Well would you rather spend your money on presents or indulge yourself with the best, after all you are on holiday? Value options like the Disney World Pop Century Hotel can cost somewhere from $70 to $130 per night, while Deluxe Hotel start from $225 and go up from there. As you can see, if you extrapolate that by 6 to 10 nights, you would end up spending thousands extra just for a nicer place.
The choice belongs to the visitor, but no matter what you pick, tourists can be sure Disney World employees will work hard to make sure you and your family have a good time on your trip away from home.
